This NEW organic and vegan rose was chosen by Baron Philippe de Rothschild's great granddaughter Mathilde. It is 100% Merlot and was aged four months in stainless steel.
It has a pretty pink hue with rose gold glints and aromas of wild herbs, strawberry and cedar. Dry and tangy it delivers berry, pink grapefruit and carrot tops flavours, the finish is zesty.
