Here's a new extra dry sparkling from the prestigious DOCG Prosecco, which is made from the grape variety Glera. In the sparkling world, extra dry does not mean bone dry - it is a bit sweeter than the common brut.
It will tease you with sweet bright fruit - apples, peaches and pears, frangipani blossoms, lively citrus, leesy notes and honey. The fine spumante bubbles with tickle your palate. It has a floral talc character in the mouth and zesty pomelo citrus flavours.
