There are not enough Gruner Veltliners on our wine shelves - crisp and fresh with great acidity make GV's great food wines.
The Domaene Gobelsburg has bright aromas - floral notes, apple, pear and juicy honeydew melon with streams of minerality and lemongrass. Balanced and racy on the palate with primary citrus - juice and zest - minerality and a hint of grassy/herbal flavours, the finish is tart.
Lip-smacking good!
Pair with seafood appetizers, sashimi or creamy cheeses.
