WineDiva's Review

A barrel fermented Semillon with loads of white fruit, green figgy aromas, beeswax and hints of toast and caramel. It is fresh on the palate with melon and citrus, creamy vanilla and spice, it's nice and round and continues on with a crisp, zesty/spicy finish.
Worth seeking!
Pair with honey glazed roast chicken or a thin crust caramelized onion and gruyere pizza.
