Edge was born from a desire to make an affordable Napa Valley Cabernet - and now Edge has two siblings, Trim (the newest sibling) and Fuse Cabernet Sauvignon. Ray Signorello, of Napa Valley's Signorello Estate (and part-time Vancouverite) is one of those who helped develop this trio.
Made from Napa Valley Cabernet with the addition of 15% Merlot, the Edge offers rich cassis and plummy aromas layered with vanilla and dark chocolate. It is full-bodied and fleshy with generous dark fruit, bittersweet cocoa, spice and roasted coffee beans. It's a bold and dark with a savoury side.
