The Therapy Chardonnay is made from 100% estate fruit. It was put through a malo-lactic (secondary) fermentation then aged 12 months in the barrels with monthly stirring of the lees.
It offers sweet nutty aromas, baking spice, melon and pineapple chunks, browned butter and caramel. It has a strong leesy character (which seems almost hoppy) with toasted spice, vanilla liqueur, burnt sugar and tropical fruit flavours.
Pair this wine with sweet pan cornbread spiked with jalapeno, fried chicken or a smoked gouda and caramelized onion grilled cheese sandwich.
