Perhaps the most well known of Blasted Church's wonderfully clad labels, the Hatfield's Fuse white is an aromatic proprietary blend of nine varieties.
It's a wonderfully fragrant and equally delicious wine, which offers zesty pomelo and tangerine citrus notes wrapped in apples, pears, tropical pineapple and lychee with honeysuckle and grapey/muscat-like tones. It has excellent concentration and mouthwatering acidity. Similar mixed fruit and citrus dance across the palate and the finish is long, powerful and tangy.
Recommended pairings: fish & chips, crab cakes or spicy noodle salads.
