NEW, savoury, complete. This inaugural release, a blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cab Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from four vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos is named in honour of Einstein's claim that time is the fourth dimension.
Earthy and savoury it shows barely grilled meat, roasted spice and cocoa nib aromas along with espresso and plenty of purple fruit. A complete red with a supple entry it is quite extracted but that doesn't take away from its freshness. Balanced and generous.
