Classic BC, from one of our most established wineries, Gray Monk is located just three minutes past the 50th latitude.
Slightly pinky/apricot in colour it offers pretty aromas of creamy pear and honey, vanilla and fragrant blossoms. It is crisp, but with a pleasing rounded weight and flavours of spiced honey, fresh pear and citrus linger across the palate. Nice concentration here - very fresh and completely quaffable!
