Great packaging - clean label and screw-capped the See Saw is a combined varietal effort made from 85% Semillon from Hunter Valley NSW Australia and 15% Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough NZ. It's a clean, fresh white with aromas of lime oil, melon rind, beeswax, gooseberry and grass. The flavours echo the aromas - showing citrus, grass and minerals with lingering, snappy gooseberry.
Pair with chevre and asparagus or fresh seafood.
