I like the potent combination of this Cabernet Sauvignon~Carmenere made under Mont Gras' Antu Ninquen label.
Expect aromas of black currents, roasted jalapeno, vanilla and mocha are underscored by savoury toasted spice. It is a brawny red, inky and dense with black berry, spice and tobacco flavours. The tannins are ripe, the acidity balanced and it has a generous weight.
A wine made for grilled meat or hearty pasta dishes.
