Supple, balanced, earthy.
Made entirely from estate Lillooet fruit from the Dry Creek Vineyard, this top tier Cab Franc was aged 15 months in French oak barrels 50% new). Notes of plumcake and baking spices, cherry pipe tobacco and vanilla, black cherry and leather lead to a supple palate that echoes the nose. This a is a great example of a balanced Cab Franc with coffee, black chocolate and earthy flavours trailing on the finish.
