This Central Otago Pinot Noir is a second label to the well-known Chard Farm winery - one of the pioneers of Central Otago.
Expect aromas of ripe, sweet cherries, carrot tops, roasted coffee and toasted spices. The palate is juicy and follows suit with cherry, espresso and toasted spice flavours. It is has a silky weight, loads of bright acidity, impressive structure and a smooth finish.
Kiwis would suggest you pair this with lamb or griled salmon but it would also shine with mushroom ravioli.
