Gray Monk is one of BC's oldest wineries - this year they celebrate 30 years in addition to owners and founders George and Trudy Heiss celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
This BC favourite Pinot Gris offers aromas of creamy pears, honey, pomelo citrus, guava and wild flowers. It has very good concentration and sweet juicy fruit, honey and citrus flavours in the mouth. There is an attractive weight on the palate and pomelo, caramel and guava flavours linger across the finish.
Pair with a toasted chicken salad sandwich, spicy crab cakes or grilled white fish.
