Made from Glera and Pinot Noir from within the new Prosecco Rose DOC appellation, like most, it is also made in the typical charmat method of winemaking common in Prosecco. The Pinot Noir definitely adds complexity, in addition to colour.
A pretty nose suggests wildflowers, sweet summer berries, peach stone and mountain stream aromas. Dry and tangy it's bubbly and fruity. A mouthwatering fizz with a zesty finish to pair with risotto, grilled fish, charcuterie and cheese.
