Zesty, fresh, lively
Covert Farms is a 650-acre, four-generations, family-owned organic and regeneratively-farmed farm and winery estate located just north of Oliver.
The 2022 Pinot Blanc is fresh and feisty and offers, crunchy orchard fruit aromas, white flowers, grapefruit and starfruit aromas. It's juicy with good concentration and slick texture. It also has an attractive zesty finish with a pinch of spice.
A wine for spring salads, fish or goat cheese and herb omelets.
