Lively, complexity, fruity.
This delicious blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Chardonnay Musque is made in a traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle - which creates not only finer bubbles but additional complexity.
The nose is expectedly leesy (think rising bread dough) with nutty, toasted brioche, citrus blossoms, yellow pears and yellow apples with ginger and beeswax. A medium mousse is the focus of the palate, which is tangy and citrus-y with very nice concentration, lively acidity and a fresh and fruity finish. A kiss of sweetness makes the fruit pop and citrus peel lingers.
