Pure fruit aromas - a fruitcup of apple, pear and white nectarine with honey and fragrant spring blossoms. There is an appealing roundness on the palate juxtaposed by brisk acidity that lifts makes the fruit flavours pop on your palate. The finish is clean and lengthy with citrus peel and fine spice flavours trailing.
Recommended pairings: spicy cold noodle salad, prawns, crab cakes and chicken salad
