This unique proprietary blend (with its catchy name and label) launches into Gewurztraminer-type aromas of lychee and guava with honeysuckle and exotic spice followed by stone fruit and bright citric notes. It's fresh and juicy with gobs of concentrated and creamy Bosc pear, honey, sweet spice and tangerine peel flavours. It's off dry - with enough sweetness to put some punctuation on the fruit and the finish is crisp and lively to clean it up.
This is a great patio sipper or pair with spicy creamy coconut curries, spiced chilled noodle salads.
