CedarCreek's mouthwatering and tangy Riesling goes down dangerously fast.
It leads with notes of green apples, peach skin, honey and citrus blossoms underscored by a hint of ginger. Expect lovely focus in the mouth with vibrant green apple and lemony tartness to balance the agreeable sweetness.
Recommended pairings: fish tacos, BC halibut or spot prawns, frites with garlicky aioli, sushi...
