A wonderful every day Chardonnay with spiced brown butter, toasted hazelnut, minerals and Meyer lemon aromas. The palate is fat (this is a good thing) and buttery with plenty of lemon, fine spice and mineral flavours to echo the aromas. It has very nice concentration and a long tangy finish.
Pair with hazelnut crusted halibut or pasta with chicken in a cream and garlic sauce.
