Here's an all-around pleasing Prosecco with a traditional string-tied closure.
It offers fresh fruit and floral aromas - fragrant almond oil, apple and pear, rose scented talc, honeyblossoms, sweet fresh herbs and Meyer lemon. Similar delicate flavours appear in the mouth - it dances on your palate with spritzy bubbles and lingers with citrus peel.
Very enjoyable with more complexity than others in the category, and a zesty, mouthwatering finish.
