Made from 100% Fort Berens Estate fruit from the Fraser Canyon, in Lillooet, the 2016 Dry Riesling is a lovely new addition to the portfolio. It is fresh; crunchy green apples, stone fruits, mineral and honey aromas mingle with citrus blossoms. It is tangy and has a kiss of sweetness, a pristine and mouthwatering character, and lengthy mineral finish.
