The Old Winery blend of Cabernet and Merlot offers high-toned cassis, blueberry and red plum layered with vanilla, mocha and baking spice lifted with mint. On the palate, loads of juicy fruit and bright acidity make it a great food wine. Expect a medium-full bodied wine that will pair well with hard cheeses, red meats or robust tomato based pastas.
