Juicy, savoury, classic.
Made entirely from estate Pinot grown near Cawston in the Lazy River Vineyard in the Similkameen Valley, Mt. Boucherie's 2021 version shows impressive pinosity. Expect a potpourri of cedar and dried violets, baking spices, cranberry, sour cherry and beet greens, forest floor and saddle leather. It's a light-medium bodied red with a juicy character and earthy flavours to echo the nose. A good representation, classic and silky.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
