One of WineDiva's quintessential summer sippers!
The 2010 vintage of one of my favourite BC blends, (aka 2Bench White) is comprised of 44% Chardonnay, 26% Sauvignon Blanc, 17% Semillon, 12% Viognier and 1% Muscat.
There are intriguing aromas of stone fruits, exotic spice and tangerine peel, lime leaf and tropical blossoms. It is a clean wine with very focused acidity; it gains momentum from entry to mid-palate and culminates in a long tangy and citrusy finish.
Recommended pairings: mildly spicy sauces, seafood or a rich cheese fondue
