WineDiva's Review

Dry, satisfying, bubbly.
This new wine club exclusive traditionally made sparkling is a blend of Roussanne and Marsanne and was kept en-tirage for 12 months and received zero dosage. It has a golden-yellow hue and suggests quince and warm brioche, hazelnuts and yellow apples atop dried wildflowers. It's a bubbly wine, dry and toasty with toasted baguette and nutty flavours. Nice structure here and a satisfying mousse.
