This small production Similkameen Valley winery is owned by Tim and Caroline Cottrill, who make wine using organic estate fruit.
I'm a fan of juicy reds like this Gamay it's always charming and so quaffable. Fragrant raspberry and Maraschino cherry, vanilla, licorice, purple flowers, cedar and a hint of fine spice. Fresh and silky, jubilant and bright. A slight chill on the bottle before serving will make the palate pop even more.
They recommend pairing this bouncy red with sausages, black bean veggie burgers or charcuterie.
