Fermented in stainless steel and French oak, then matured in French oak, this outstanding rendition delivers roasted hazelnuts, yellow apples, creamed butter, guava and grilled lemons. Excellent depth and complexity the same nutty, buttery and spiced golden fruit appears on the palate. Nice leesy character, deftly handled oak and a long creamy finish make for an on-point Chardy.
