Approachable, fizzy, racy.
Lunessence is a sustainable estate winery located in Summerland and this is the second vintage of their first sparkling wine.
Made in the charmat method (like Prosecco) this Riesling fizz rolls out aromas of warm honey and red apple peel, lemonade and creamy white peaches. Racy with a lovely pristine character it has lively bubbles and a dry but zesty medium-length finish.
