Spicy, intense, dry.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
Honeysuckle and Turkish delight, orange blossom, mango, peach and star anise aromas lead to a fresh palate with slick texture. Lovely intensity and weight, it's a drier style with notable spiciness.
