Creamy, zesty, mouthwatering
The Chronos label (along with TIME, McWatters Collection, and Evolve are owned by 5 Vine Cellars) and are made at the TIME Winery in Penticton; the Chronos label is the newest.
This Pinot Gris is delightful with notes of Asian pears and pomelo, honeysuckle and crunchy apple with crisp starfruit undertones. Citrus is bountiful on the palate, it's pristine and racy with great concentration and a creamy edge thanks to two months with lees contact. The finish is long and mouthwatering.
