Slick, juicy, sweet.
Made from unknown varieties the Evolve Cellars rose is a blushing pink colour with delicate floral notes, summer berries, stone fruit and candied citrus notes. It is off-dry with juicy pink grapefruit flavours and a mous is a pale coppery-hue with fresh and fragrant aromas of rose petals, white peach, summer berries and tangerine peel. The palate is slick and sweet with similar strawberry compote, peach jam, maraschino cherry and orange marmalade flavours. Slick and juicy and straightforward quaffable pink. Pair:: hearty curries, pizza, chili, grilled pork, cheese...
