Mouthwatering, tangy, nervy.
A deliciously consistent dry Riesling, this vintage has racy key lime, honey, apricots, green apples and peach fuzz with undertones of wet earth. It is a dry and nervy, tangy and mouthwatering. A classic. A wine for creamy sauces, fried fish, sushi and fatty white meats.

Pairs Great with Gone Crackers Roasted Shallot & Herb
