A delicious salmony-hued pink made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the Tantalus leads with notes of mineral and tangy kumquats, rhubarb and red currents, with a hint of peach stone. It is wonderfully dry, lip-smacking and pristine; peach, mineral, citrus and peach flavours mimic the nose. Impressive structure with a savoury undertone, which makes it even more food-friendly, and a firm but mouthwatering finish.
