Creamy, outstanding, zesty.
85% of the grapes for this cuvee come from premier cru and grand cru vineyards. It is a toasty Champagne with unleavened dough, roasted nuts, whipped honey and charred lemons. The palate is buttery yet zesty, it has an outstanding weight and flavours of yellow apples, grilled lemons and hints of toasted spice. A postured and persistent wine with a fine bead and creamy mousse.
