Excellent, silky, supple.
Grown in Altamira, in the Uco Valley on sandy loam with a stony undersoils, this high altitude Malbec was aged 18 months in French oak barrels then six more months in bottle before release.
Expect silky cherry and black raspberry aromas woven with licorice bark and espresso, salted chocolate and vanilla. Supple in the mouth it has a slick texture and notable potency of black fruits, chocolate, coffee, dried herbs and spices. Excellent structure, concentration and persistence.
