Classic, balanced, savoury.
Made primarily from grapes grown on the Fort Berens estate in the new GI of Lillooet, and blended with others from the Okanagan this vintage shows cherry and vanilla, brown spices, red currents, pipe tobacco, chocolate and wild herbs on the nose.It has a supple salty entry with dusty forest berry flavours layered with green olive, toasted spice and dark cocoa. Overall, good balance and character.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Blue Cheese & Cracked Pepper
Rich Meats , Cheese - Blue, French Food, GONE CRACKERS
