Racy, pristine, excellent.
From the historic Greata Ranch vineyard located between Summerland and Peachland, along Hwy 97, and owned by the Fitzpatrick family, this traditional method fizz is made with the same philosophy as smaller batch Grower Champagnes are: entirely from estate fruit.
Made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier (73/25/2%), it is matured on lees in bottle for 24 months. It has classic leesy notes along with lemon, acacia flowers and starfruit. Bone dry ad racy it has a fine bead and pristine character.
Excellent.
