Slick, fresh, dry.
This recent 2025 release of Michael Bartier's consistently pristine pink, which differs in composition each vintage, is a blend of: Cabernet Franc, Viognier, Merlot and Petit Verdot (74%/12%/9%/5%).
It's a very pale peachy hue with aromas of apricot and apple peel, wild red berries, grapefruit, wild sage, tobacco leaf and tangerine. It's dry, slick textured with notable structure and flavours of tangerine, red berries and tobacco, which echo the nose.
