NEW, crisp, fizzy.
High Note is a new winery located on the Naramata Bench sub-GI and they have another vineyard in the South Okanagan.
This cuvee close method (second fermentation in a tank, like Proseccos) is made from 85% Pinot Noir with Merlot from the South Okanagan. It has a pale straw colour and aromas of crunchy white fruits and grapefruit, red berries and mineral undertones. Fizzy and lovely it's crisp, quaffable and tasty with crunchy fruit and citrus flavours.
The cork is very hard to remove, so keep that in mind.
