Fragrant, seductive, inky.
Dead of Nightis a blend of Tannat (Madiran's tannic red variety) and Syrah, both from the South Okanagan and if you've had this wine before, there are no surprises perhaps just more deliciousness.
Seductive notes of blueberries and pomegranate juice, vanilla, baking spices and chocolate lead to an equally generous palate. It's both muscular and approachable, slick and supple, with intensity and expressive purple fruit flavours woven with toasted spice, iodine and espresso. It has polished tannins and a lengthy finish. A wine to pair with anything from the BBQ.
Pairs great with Gone Crackers Canadian Chedder & Chive
