Elegant, lovely, creamy.
Bartier Bros'. traditional method brut (he first vintage was 2019) is made entirely from Chardonnay from Penticton and Peachland vineyards. It spent 4 months in stainless steel followed by 12 months in bottle on lees, en tirage. This elegant dry sparkler is a bright yellow hue with pretty aromas of toasted brioche, wildflower honey and baked apples. The palate is creamy with distinctly yeasty flavours layered with Clementina orange, yellow apple and browned butter flavours. Lovely.
