WineDiva's Review

Dry, buoyant, pristine.
The colour of this rose has dimmed immensely since I last tasted it; also the variety has changed. Made entirely of Malbec it has a fresh nose of tangerine and wild red berries, tealeaf and a whiff of fine spice. Mouthwatering and buoyant it has a pristine character, high-toned red fruit and great persistence. Dry and bouncy; a delicious pale pink.
Pair: Picnic fare, spicy dishes, grilled sausage, cheese and tapas platters...
