A blend of (65%) Merlot, (11%) Cabernet Franc and (24%) Cabernet Sauvignon from estate and Okanagan fruit.
Expect aromas of jalapeno, dusty plums, spiced dark cocoa, charred brown sugar, black currents and nutty undertones. The palate leans muscular, almost brooding; herbal flavours meld with tobacco, wild dark berries, mocha, charred meat and toasted spice. The finish is long and fresh.
A wine for meat and plant-based meat alternatives, hard cheeses and hearty dishes.
