Vancouver Playhouse Wine Fest 2012


Each year (about this time) the wine world comes to Vancouver to celebrate the Vancouver International Wine Festival.

Second to none in North America, this event takes place February 27 - March 4 at various venues around our fair city.
This year the theme regions is Chile - hola!
The global focus is Cabernet(s)
There will be 1700 wines, poured by 181 wineries, from 15 countries over the course of 7 days, in 64 different venues!

Each year WineDiva posts a list of her favourite wineries, in order to make your time in the International Tasting Room easier.

The wines on this list represent the wineries who will be pouring their wines in the International Tasting Room and at various events. Due to vintage changes, not all of these wines may be the exact ones you taste (that list can be found on WineScores.ca by Feb. 23) but these are wines, which will give you a glimpse of what to purchase and drink, after, your discover some Wine Fest faves!
