Elegant, finesse, purity.
It's been a few vintages since I last had the reserve brut and it is still excellent. An intricate bead and classic notes reminiscent of walking into a bakery filled with warm buttery brioche, lemon curds, small red berries, peach stone and hazelnuts. It has excellent purity and finesse and flavours to echo the nose. Creamy, elegant and persistent. Lovely.
