The standout of Road 13's new red blend releases.
I love what the Mourvedre is adding in the way of lovely colour, plush sweet fruit such as blackberry and cherry with cedar chips and fragrant violets, licorice and pepper with vanilla. Juicy purple fruit pops on the palate and is layered with sweet spices and vanilla.
Well rounded and smooth as well as exceedingly pleasing and fresh.
An exciting wine.
