Tangy, zesty, focus.
This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc comes from 22-year-old vines in the Border Vines Vineyard in Osoyoos, and was fermented in stainless, oak and concrete.
It is tangy and vibrant with nettle, mountain stream, elderflowers, lime and green apples. The palate is zippy and citrus-driven with linear focus and dry and zesty character. It has just enough of a creamy edge to carve off the angles and a long and mouthwatering finish.
