Fleshy, expressive, fragrant.
O'Rourke's Peak Cellars is owned by Edmonton businessman Dennis O'Rourke who maintains a 300-acre property of vineyards and orchards called Carrs Landing, and 7-acres around the Peak Cellars Winery in Lake Country; in total, 110-acres of estate vines.
Green apples and apricot, lemon drops and honey, spring blossoms and wildflower aromas flow on this fragrant Riesling. It's a drier style with a lovely slick texture, attractive weight and solid fruit expression. Truly enjoyable, juicy and friendly, easy to drink, this is less so a racy Riesling, rather a more fleshy one.
